Poll Authority is proud to announce an exciting new feature, Language Sets!
With our new Language Set editor you can target your poll to any language you desire. Language sets allow you to override the default poll text and save it to a specific profile. There's no limit to the number of Language Sets you can create, allowing true freedom of poll creation and multi-language targeting.
For those who may not need multi-language support, you can still use the Language Sets to override the default text. This is ideal when you want to target your poll language towards a specific demographic or audience.
You'll notice a couple of changes to the poll designer interface. The first is the removal of the "Vote Button Text" option. This field has been placed into the new Language Set editor, which you can find a link to from your control panel or side-bar. When a Language Set is created, it will become available for selection within the designer. Simply create your poll and select your Language Set. Once saved, your poll will display the pre-defined text in the language you've selected.

Display Results As Percentage Only

We've added a new feature for poll display based on customer feedback. You now have the option of displaying only the total percentages of votes for the poll results. The new option is featured under the "Visibility / Display Options" section of the poll designer. Checking the box will only allow percentages to be displayed to users, hiding the vote counts.
Note that analysis reports in your administration panel will still display the total number of votes, regardless of which option is selected. This way you'll continue to get accurate metrics on your vote results.
Advanced Media Options Now Available

Poll Authority introduces several new and exciting enhancements to our already stellar polling solution.
We're proud to announce the addition of our all new Media Manager! Now polls can be customized to include image and video for both questions and answers. Our advanced media manager makes creating media polls simple, with an intuitive interface that offers instant feedback. We've gone beyond the simple "fire and forget" technique of adding media seen with other solutions and have included features such as instant previews, archiving selected media, auto-scaling to poll dimensions, image captioning, and more.
Give our media manager a try today and see just how easy it is to add media to your polls!
In addition to the media manager, we've added the ability to keep polls private. The poll designer will now feature a "Private Poll" checkbox that will omit the poll from our public poll directory.
We've also made several small enhancements to the interface of the designer so we could integrate the media manager seamlessly.

Geographic map added to vote analysis report

A geographic map has been added to Poll Authority for Gold members. The geographic map is a visual reference to the countries of origin of voters. The darkest shade of green represents the countries with the highest concentration of votes, the lightest shade of green represents the country with the fewest, while the countries in-between are represented on a gradient scale.
