We ask you to please bear with us while we complete the transition of Poll Authority from it's previous owners.
Unfortunately, PayPal doesn't allow us to transfer subscriptions between accounts. So, the only way to it is to cancel the original subscriptions and have all of our customers re-submit their payment information.
If you are a Gold or Silver member, you should have received an email with directions on how to update your payment info. If you haven't, it's pretty simple. Just login and click the "show details" link next to the big "Important Account Notice" message on your Account page, then click the "Setup Payment" button.
Don't worry, you have plenty of time to do it (at least until 4/1, but varies by account.) If you forget, your account will simply revert back to the Bronze (free) level. All of your polls will still be there along with your data. You'll just have to go through the (easy) upgrade process if you want your Silver/Gold features back.
